Meeting weekly 1-Hour Individual session FOR a total of (12) sessions (that can also be conducted by telephone or virtual)
Strengthen Awareness of Emotion-Influencing Habits - Recognize emotional triggers, coping behaviors, and lifestyle habits that impact mood, resilience, and emotional balance, while introducing healthier, more adaptive coping strategies.
Develop a Practical Emotional Wellness Action Plan – A step-by-step plan to improve emotional regulation, self-care, and resilience with supporting consistency, and sustainable emotional growth.
Accountability for your forward progress towards your goals
** This is not crisis counseling or therapy. It is a guided, reflective, and action-oriented coaching experience that honors lived experience while focusing on forward momentum, in restoring internal stability, clarifying direction, and building sustainable practices that support emotional wellness, and confidence.
